IMPORTANT CANCELLATION POLICY Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice—and missed appointments—will be charged in full or counted as a completed session within your coaching package, except in the case of a genuine emergency.
