Transformational Coaching
  • What is coaching, and how is it different from therapy? 

    Coaching is not therapy. It focuses on the present and future. It does not delve into the past, diagnose, or apply learned  techniques to address a mental or behavioral need. Coaching focuses on the who, and through thought-provoking            questions, the client discovers what they need to do rather than the coach giving expert advice. I empower and help        clients gain clarity to achieve life, relationship, and career goals.
