Yes. I offer a complimentary Discovery Call to discuss your goals and determine whether coaching is the right fit.

3. What are your coaching rates and packages?
Coaching rates and packages are listed on the booking page and are designed to support both single sessions and ongoing coaching.

4. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be charged.
