All Sales Are Final on Used Products
Due to the nature of our items and for hygienic and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any used or opened products.

Unused Products
Returns may be accepted for unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original packaging

The product must be unused and in sellable condition

Proof of purchase is required

Please contact us at coachingwithmsd@gmail.com before returning any items to receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Coaching sessions or services

Gift cards

Opened or used wellness products (journals, supplements, etc.)

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll be happy to resolve the issue.
